Russell I. Voltin, M.D.

Dr. Voltin is a 1988 graduate of WVU School of Medicine. He has been in private practice since 1992. He is Co- Medical Director of the Forensic Evaluation Unit at the South Central Regional Jail and a consultant for the WV Department of Corrections. He serves as Regional Coordinator of Forensic Psychiatry for WVU School of Medicine and is a clinical assistant professor for WVU School of Medicine. Dr. Voltin is a guest lecturer at the WVU School of Law. He served as Medical Director for the psychiatric unit at Thomas Memorial Hospital from 1994 to 2001, and on the Hartley Forensic Task Force, 2001-2004. Dr. Voltin holds the following honors and certificates:
